Clarks has long celebrated its British heritage, and the brand’s latest collaboration sees it heading up north with Geordie retailer End for a new take on a classic. The Trigenic Flex Maple – a contemporary update of the moccasin – boasts a hand-stitched suede design and a grain leather upper locally sourced by Clarks in Leeds. Rule Britannia.

Far from just a current trend, Adidas was the first to create an athleisure collection back in the 1970s. Almost half a century later, the brand is celebrating the original Originals with these retro suede and leather kicks from the archive. Resurrecting the made-for-leisure Jogger, Adidas has souped the model up with a cored-out midsole to keep the shoe lightweight and introduced a padded leather lining for comfort.

Karhu Synchron Classic Outdoor
Karhu translates to ‘bear’ in Finnish, so the 100-year-old footwear brand is well placed to create a speaker that pays respect to the great outdoors. Bringing a whole new meaning to walking ‘bearfoot’, the latest edition of the storied Synchron Classic features marzipan-coloured pigskin suede uppers and black nylon mesh panels that draw inspiration from the Nordic country’s birch tree forests.
